2 parts Bacardi Superior
1 part freshly squeezed lime juice
2 teaspoons black sugar
Garnish: 4 black eyed peas
Put all ingredients into a shaker, stir until sugar dissolves. Fill ½ cubed ice, ½ crushed ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into chilled cocktail glass.
